This page explains how Love Admin handles personal information. We follow the Privacy Act 2020. If something here is unclear, write to hello@loveadmin.club.

Love Admin is the public name for this service. The product behind it is Reconcil. We do not publish a street address on this site. For privacy questions, email hello@loveadmin.club.

If you join the waitlist, we collect your name, email address, and the name of your business.

If you sign in as an invited user, we collect the email you use to sign in, and the session data needed to keep you logged in.

If you use Reconcil, we also hold the business records you upload or connect. That can include receipts, invoices, bank transaction data, and related notes. We hold that information so we can provide the service.

We do not buy mailing lists. We do not scrape contact details to fill the waitlist.

Waitlist details are used to decide who to invite, and to reply to you.

Sign-in details are used to authenticate you.

Business records are used to run Reconcil for your company.

We will not use your information for a new purpose without a lawful basis. We will not sell it.

Information is stored on hosted systems we use to run the service. Access is limited to people who need it to operate Love Admin.

We keep waitlist details until you ask us to remove them, or until they are no longer needed.

We keep Reconcil records for as long as your company uses the service, and for a reasonable period after, so we can close an account cleanly.

You can ask what personal information we hold about you.

You can ask us to correct it.

You can ask us to delete waitlist details.

We use a session cookie so invited users can stay signed in. The public pages do not require an account.

We may update this policy as the beta grows. The date at the top will change when we do.
