These terms are short on purpose. Love Admin is in beta.
The service
Love Admin is the public name. Reconcil is the product. It helps New Zealand businesses keep receipts and bank records in order.
The service is early. Features will change. Things will break. We will fix what we can, as fast as we can.
No open signup
Access is by invitation. Joining the waitlist does not create a contract for service, and it does not guarantee a place.
If we invite you, we may still pause, limit, or end access if we need to.
Your responsibilities
You must have the right to upload or connect the records you put into Reconcil.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your own books. Reconcil is a tool. It is not your accountant, and it is not a substitute for professional advice.
Beta, as it is
The service is provided as it is, and as available. We do not warrant that it is error-free, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the extent New Zealand law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect loss arising from your use of the beta.
If a court finds we are liable for something we cannot exclude, our liability is limited to NZ$0 if you have not paid us, or to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim if you have.
If any of this is unenforceable, the rest still stands.
New Zealand law
These terms are governed by the law of New Zealand. The New Zealand courts have jurisdiction.
